摘要 人参是一种具有极高药用价值的中草药，在我国有悠久的中医临床历史。早在两千多年以前，就有人参本草记载，随着现代科技的快速发展，人参的研究也逐步深入。本文综述了人参及其加工炮制品红参的化学成分和药理作用等现代研究，并对人参的研究发展趋势做出了展望。
